601 Fiber Wall Enclosure

The 601 Fiber wall mount enclosures are compact units for the management of optical fiber pigtails and splices. The enclosure supports 6,8 or 12 fibers depending on the adapter type required and includes integral splice holders and fiber pigtail management supports. Hinged and lockable the 601 wall mount enclosure offers a convenient, light-weight fiber management system for tight spaces, or low fiber counts.

The 601 fiber enclosures are manufactured from UL approved ABS thermoplastic material which is robust but lightweight. The low-profile design provides integral internal fiber management features to ensure the integrity of the cable bend radius and hold splices secure. The product accepts up to 8 fusion splice protectors or mechanical splices. The product is supplied with an identification label for fiber installation traceability. Top or bottom fiber cable entry.

The metal plate included holds 6 or 8 ST, 4 Duplex SC, or 6 Duplex LC adapters. Unloaded options are also available. Once the hinged cover is closed its latch mates with the locking feature in the base. The cover latch can only be released by the insertion of a thin bladed screwdriver to depress and open. This deters tampering. Additional security can be added if a padlock (not supplied) is used to secure the rectangular hoop features on the base and cover. The accessory kit contains two cable ties, one identification card, one label and label holder and two screws for mounting the adapter plate.
