Fiber Optic Cable New Additions – Sub-Saharan Africa

We are pleased to announce the addition of 48 fiber option to our heavy duty duct (HDD) internal/external fiber cable range. This South African manufactured fiber cable was released last year and has been popular and as such we are also augmenting this range with an OM4 version.

Following market demand, we also announce a range of Corrugated Steel Tape (CST) Double PE sheath external fiber optic cables to the South African manufactured fiber cable family. This rugged cable offers mechanical and rodent protection and is suitable for direct burial or installation in underground ducts and is available in SM G562.D, 12 F to 288F and OM3, 4F to 48F versions.
